Human Design is a holistic self-knowledge system combining astrology, the I Ching, Kabbalah and Quantum Physics. It originated from a book called The Human Design Systems written by Ra Uru Hu. It uses your birth time, birth location, and birth date to calculate your chart. The positions of the sun, moon, and planets at the time of your birth play an important role in your life experience.
Human Design provides understanding and knowledge about what it means to be ourselves. Though this system you can explore your individuality and understand the way you think, feel, and experience life. And with this you can develop strategies and techniques to live an easier and more fulfilling life.

Each of these components create your unique design!
Design Centers
Each Center has a function that acts in a specific way based on whether the center is open or closed. A closed Center is fixed and reliable within you. An open Center is designed to be receptive to life.
Design Gates & Lines
There are 64 Gates and 6 Lines that correspond with I’Ching. Each gate is a specific gift that is consistent and reliable. The lines give further detail to the gift.
Design Channels
A Channel is composed of two Gates and connects two Centers. Each channel characterizes a specific SUPER gift that is consistent and reliable.
Type
There are 5 Types, each playing a critical role within society. These 5 Types are Generator, Manifesting Generator, Projector, Manifestor and Reflector.
Profile
Your Profile is composed from the lines of the Sun and Earth in both columns of the chart. It's the basic character or personality that embodies your life.
Strategy
Each energy Type has a specific decision-making and action-taking Strategy.
Definition
Our Definition affects how we interact with others and ourselves. The 5 types of Definitions are Single Definition, Split Definition, Triple Split Definition, Quadruple Split Definition and No Definition.
Inner Authority & Not-Self
Inner Authority is a body-based knowing if something is right for you or not. Not-Self behaviors are strategies your mind develops to try and handle the openness within you.
Incarnation Cross
Your Incarnation Cross is composed from the gates of the Sun and Earth in both columns of the chart. This is a story line that your role plays out and is connected to you life purpose.
